Based in Edinburgh, we will consider any project that exploits the unique creative thinking and managment skills of the designer. We specialise in furniture and product design, particulary carbon neutral projects. Beds, tables, door stops, egg cups,: much of our work is exploratory and playful. We will undertake design experiments, bespoke comminsions and some of our smaller products are available for retail
About Ian Lambert
Ian Lambert has been a practicing designer for twenty years with clients in the UK, Hong Kong and mainland China. He has partaken in exhibitions throughout the UK and has had work published in leading design journals.
Ian is the Director of Art & Design at Edinburgh Napier University where he has taught since 2001. He also teaches regularly in China, and has published pedagogic research in drawing, carbon neutral design and design in the developing world. Ian is also an external examiner at the Domus Academy in Milan, and Accademia Italiana at their Florence and Bangkok Campuses.
He has a Master of Arts degree from Central St Martins College of Art & Design in London and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
